I had the absolute pleasure of crossing paths with Latoya, a remarkable brand ambassador at Hilton Charlotte Airport. From the moment we met, it was clear she embodies the very essence of Hilton’s core value in hospitality. My morning didn’t go as planned. I woke up with a stomachache and a huge pimple on my face. I asked Latoya if I could have a chair to sit outside, and instead of turning me away or simply saying no, she went above and beyond. While she couldn’t take one of the lobby chairs outside, she kindly escorted me to the beautiful patio they have at this location and brought me a cup of ice water without request! As if that weren’t enough, she topped it off with a much needed hug. Her ability to make guests feel seen, valued, and welcomed is a rare gift, and Hilton is incredibly fortunate to have her as part of the team. Latoya doesn’t just do her job, she elevates it. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care went far beyond expectations. She’s the kind of person who turns an ordinary experience into an unforgettable one. She is the difference between having a good day and having a truly great one.

I had an amazing stay at the Hilton! The hotel itself was clean, elegant, and very comfortable, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional service we received at the restaurant. A very special thank you to Mrs. Olga, who took care of us with such warmth and professionalism. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and special. Every detail mattered to her, and it showed in the way she treated every guest. Her service truly elevated our entire stay — she’s a gem and a true asset to the Hilton team. We were very pleased with a quick overnight stay as we had an early flight in the morning. The staff at the front desk was very nice and the dinner was great! Thank you to Mr. Jeff who shuttled us over airport right on time. We will be back.
