Hilton Chicago Northbrook

I was there in mid June for a convention. The staff were all great to all of us. They made sure we had everything we needed to have a great time. Miguel - Maintenance - Back of house help us a lot Grace - Cleaning the lobby made sure it was always clean Miguel - Banquet Captain did an outstanding job I am sure I missed a few people. The entire team did a great job. I would stay here again if I needed to.

Really nice hotel! This was my first time staying at the Hilton property so exceeded expectations! The rooms were quite big and very comfortable with pretty much all the amenities! The overall atmosphere and the ambience of the hotel was very nice including the on-site bar at the property! The only complain I have is that the front desk staff was a little bit rude at times and could have been a little bit more polite, and understanding! The restaurant is just OK may be a bit pricier for the quality of the food. But overall a very decent stay.

Good location. Rooms are a bit dated, I had a bathtub rather than a shower and I was told it's an upgraded room with a Jacuzzi tub. Tub wasn't operational other than being used as a shower, which I would have preferred a regular shower rather than have to jump in and out of a tall tub. Furniture was a bit dated but in good condition. Counter in bathroom was unusually tall. Service was great and always helpful. Food at the breakfast buffet was decent with good service and a full range of options.
