Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport

If you're looking for a quick stop over, that is clean, but in need of an update in the rooms and corridors the Hilton at OHare is your go to. The staff were all very polite, but looked a tad bored. The room while clean was very dated, and in need of a upgrade. It was for one night so fine.

Checked into the hotel at O'Hare, loved the convenience of it....only to find after an hour of being in the room, there will be no water from 11pm to 5am...my flight is at 7AM, and i use the bathroom a lot in the night.... I went down ready to fight, the young gentleman at the counter could not have been more accommodating. He offered a full refund and was helping me book somewhere else...and then called the shuttle for me. Truly customer service at it's finest...

Hilton property right at the airport very convenient location. Short walk to take train straight to terminals. Very old rooms and outdated. Our room had a weired smell to it. No parking options and valet was $77. Service was okay the gentlemen who checked me in was not too friendly and the bellmen wasn't too helpful. However, the one young lady did assist us with changing rooms and got us what we needed. The main cool part of the hotel is having the runway view and seeing the planes land and take off. Would only recommend d if you need/want to stay at the airport.
