Hilton Cincinnati Airport

Rooms are spacious with a refrigerator, but no microwave. Comfortable bed & pillows (not stiff). Their breakfast starts at 6:15 AM. I think they should start early, as people need to catch early flights. Full-service restaurant and bar on site. Good hospitality & service by the staff. I was confused about the breakfast options- continental & full breakfast. The lady (manager?) quickly helped me with it. Us Gold (& Diamond) members get a free full breakfast. Lavish lobby.

Could use a little renovation, but my room was clean & bed comfy, the staff was extremely great. The pool floor is extremely slippery - my son fell about 5 times. Close to everything.

The room was dusty with death bugs on night table, trash under the bed and wall smeared with coffee. I notified the front desk and told by Roberto the room will be clean by end of day. I returned to the hotel by 830pm finding the issues weren’t fixed. I immediately went to the front desk and spoke to the assistant manager identified as James. James apologized and offered free breakfast. I was furious towards the lack of caring and empathy. Things just need to be done properly to maintain a customer base and loyalty. Shame on whoever is running the hotel (Top to bottom). I am certainly not returning to this place again.
