Loved our corner suite at Elara. It was soooo beautiful and comfortable. The hotel is connected to the Miracle Mile mall, which is connected to Planet Hollywood casino. Miracle Mile mall will connect you with multiple points of the strips. A great, central location to be in the mix of things. Our teenagers loved it and so did we. The hotel itself doesn't have food options other than Starbucks but an easy walk to the mall will give you plenty of options. Mall restaurants close around 10/11 but there are outside options everywhere, nearby.

Stayed for a long weekend at the end of January. My partner has a Hilton Timeshare and was able to get us a 2 bedroom suite for a long weekend. Bedrooms were very comfy and spacious. Beds were plush and cozy. The view from our floor was great. The projector wouldn't work anymore on the exterior screen. Maybe that's why they installed the TV on the wall next to it. Elevators were always ready and fast. Security was nice. Location along the side of the strip was fantastic. Having the Miracle Mile Shops downstairs was nice. The Uber and Lyft pickup sometimes got confused with the one for Planet Hollywood which caused a few problems. Biggest complaint? The aggressive timeshare sales folks in the lobby during check in hours. Holy cow.

We’re still on day one of our stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations Elara, and the experience has already been a nightmare. We were number 5 in line at check-in and still waited over an hour and a half just to be helped. The staff was slow, overwhelmed, and completely lacking in basic hospitality or urgency. And all of this happened before we even made it to our room. What makes it worse is that we were invited five months ago to consider ownership. After just a few hours of this chaos, poor service, and unanswered requests, we are now 100% certain we want nothing to do with it. If this is how they treat potential owners, we can’t imagine how much worse it gets afterward. Hilton should be embarrassed to have its name on this property.
