Hilton Columbus at Easton

Excellent Hotal, I.am a Hilton Girl!!! My favorite hotel, I was their for.my birthday july1 thru to July 3. I was staying in a Suite which I Loved!!! I loved the location ,the shopping and, eateries were all in walking distance from the hotel.great service within the hotel loved the Bar, drinks were great!!! Had wings and a salad excellent. I loved a good hotel room,Suite

The bartenders Audra and Katie are amazing! I’ve been to this location on two work trips and both times they have been the absolute best! If I lived around here I would come to the bar in the hotel just for their great service. Thank you Audra and Katie for the wonderful hospitality each and every time I see you both. 5+ stars

Basic room layout with nicer furnishings. The carpet was clean, but stained. Floor tille in bathroom was missing a bit of mortar. Room was very clean. There was a loud relentlessly yapping dog in the room next to us. 15 minutes in the room I called the front desk. I politely explained the situation. The clerk said "Have you touched anything in the room?" I said we had sat on the bed but nothing else. We went back to the front desk and they moved us to the 1st room off the elevator on another floor, which was not ideal, but was okay. Clerk was not friendly, no smile, no apology for the inconvenience. We maintained a pleasant demeanor throughout. HBO channels were out. The room phone kept ringing and we could hear the conversation of other people calling the front desk. So weird. One was reporting no A/C in there room. After the 4th call like that I called the front desk to report. They said they were sending a maintenance guy up to check our phone. He never showed up, but the calls stopped. Parking is either $30.00 for valet or you park in the lot, which is free.
