Hilton Columbus Downtown

This is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room and rest of the hotel were spotless and well maintained. Location is great to walk anywhere downtown and the staff is beyond friendly. I was riding in Pelotonia and running a little behind when it came for checkout. I was able to text their system and request a later checkout. Within minutes it was confirmed, despite being a last minute request on my part. 10/10 recommend staying here

Attended a networking event here and was impressed from start to finish. The banquet spaces were beautiful, and after the event, we headed up to Stories on High, amazing views, fantastic drinks, and the food was absolutely delicious. This place is a 10/10 in my book. If you stay here, definitely make time for the rooftop bar!!

We had a really great stay here in November. The hotel itself is beautiful inside, and just has a grand ambiance the minute you walk in. We had a to cross a little bridge to get over to our room, but staff was so helpful as my Mom was in a wheelchair, they treated us very well. We additionally loved that there were many different dining options. Even the grab and go had a number of options more than I see at most hotels, which was great. We were even able to pre-order room service for the morning, so we made sure that it came in good time for us to be able to get ready and going. The room was very comfortable, and convenient for maneuvering a wheelchair. It was like a mini home away from home, and we were so thankful for all of the staff. They were great. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in Columbus.
