We have stayed at many Dallas hotels on our frequent trips here. This is our Dallas hotel of choice. From the moment we drove up to the valet, we were treated with respect, friendliness, and accommodation. My husband is disabled and the valets always make an extra effort to assist us with his chair and assist us with our luggage. When we request our vehicle, they deliver it quickly to us and assist my husband with his chair. The check in process is always quick and friendly, ensuring we get a room that works for us. The breakfasts are fabulous and the staff, especially David, always recognize us and ensure great service. We’ve eaten at the lounge which has a limited menu, but the service again is quick and efficient. We have had a couple of issues with our room on a couple of occasions, but maintenance was quick to respond and address the issue. On one occasion we went to the pool for a picnic lunch. We could only access it through the fitness center because of the wheelchair, and were unable to access the tables, so staff addressed it by bringing a table to us. The treasure of this hotel is most certainly the people who work here.
Comfortable stay with a few thoughtful suggestions I stayed at the Hilton in Dallas as part of my business trip and spent a week at the property. Overall, it was a satisfying experience. The room was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to rest and recharge after long workdays and Jet lag. The location was excellent—very accessible to nearby offices and business areas. The staff were polite, supportive, and helpful throughout my stay. Their friendly attitude added a personal touch to the service. However, I’d love to make a few suggestions for international travelers: - It would be ideal to offer universal adapters in the room or at least ensure USB Type-C charging ports are available. The sockets felt outdated and didn’t support newer devices easily. - Complimentary drinking water in rooms would be a welcome gesture. In my experience with Hilton hotels in other countries, especially outside the USA, this is often included. It was surprising to see it charged here. That said, I had a positive overall experience and would consider staying again—especially if these small changes are made to better accommodate global guests.
Food is not edible. Horrible stale and expensive. We had to take our suitcases to the room there was no one to help. This treatment and we booked a sweet. The valet is not always there (they supposedly work 24h) but it seems they do their jobs at their own time. The app to order food from the hotel is horrible to use it malfunctioned for an hour before we could order and you cannot order food if you call room service. I will most definitely not be coming back this has been the worst experience. I didn’t expect Hilton to be this bad for a 4 star hotel.
