Hilton Dead Sea Resort & Spa

I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Dead Sea! The customer service was outstanding — they even upgraded our room to a suite. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, they made it extra special with beautiful decorations, sweets, and a fruit basket. We had an amazing time enjoying the Dead Sea and the swimming pool. The late-night party was fun, with delicious food, and breakfast the next morning was also excellent. Highly recommend staying here — it was truly a memorable getaway!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Dead Sea, and the experience had its ups and downs. When we arrived, check-in took almost 50 minutes, which felt way too long after a tiring trip. We had requested separate beds, but were given a king-size bed instead. One of the staff offered to move us to another room to fix the issue, which was nice, but we honestly didn’t want to waste any more time waiting. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view of the sea and pool was absolutely beautiful—probably the highlight of the stay. There was one issue in the bathroom: a broken towel rail that fell off the moment I touched it. That could have seriously hurt someone. For a hotel of this level, I really expected better attention to room maintenance. On the plus side, the breakfast was excellent—fresh, tasty, and with plenty of variety. Definitely something to look forward to in the morning. I also appreciated that shortly after we got the room, the hotel sent a message to check if everything was okay. It’s a nice gesture, but to be honest, I think a quick phone call would be more personal and effective than just a text. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel in an amazing location, but the small mistakes, and maintenance issues took away from the overall experience. With a bit more care and attention to detail, this place could be truly great.

As a loyal Hilton Honors member and a frequent guest at the Hilton Dead Sea Resort & Spa, I would like to share my observations from my recent stay. Pool Facilities The kids' pool and the overall swimming pool areas are in urgent need of renovation and maintenance. During my visit, the water appeared greenish, and I observed an excessive presence of dead insects, flies, and bees. Furthermore, there were signs of decayed tiles, and the chlorine levels seemed unusually high, which could be harmful to children. Guest Rooms In the shower area of my room, the towel hanger unfortunately fell on my child while he was attempting to retrieve a towel after showering. Thankfully, he was unharmed, but this incident highlights a clear lack of proper maintenance. Services Upon check-in, I requested an extra baby crib. Despite multiple attempts to contact the reception by phone, I received no answer. Consequently, I had to physically go to the reception desk to speak with a supervisor, which was a considerable inconvenience.
