Hilton Denver City Center

For three consecutive days, I returned to my room between 4:15–5:15 PM to find it neither cleaned nor restocked. As a frequent traveler staying in hotels for at least 16 weeks annually, I’m accustomed to reliable service, but this Hilton property is a notable exception. The consistently poor housekeeping, coupled with noisy hallways, broken bathroom fan, falls far below the standards I expect from the Hilton brand.

I checked in on Friday afternoon and when I checked in, I asked the young lady if I could have a late check out on Sunday. She checked her system and she said no sir. I’m so sorry. We are sold out on Saturday and I will not be able to accommodate your request. OK fine no big deal. I had a personal matter come up and my two night reservation needed to be cut to one night. I called the front desk this morning at about 5 AM. Tell the gentleman that I’m checking out today instead of tomorrow and he said that’s fine but you do know that we’re still charging it right. I said to the gentleman I was told that you’re sold out. He said yeah, we are sold out, but I still have to charge you. I said so you you’re gonna charge me and then most likely resell my room again? He said yes that’s the hotel business. Not very ethical. I understand that there are rules but there are exceptions for every rule.

if you want to sleep in a clean bed with a clean comforter and not have a musty smelling room, this is not the place for you! i found this on the last day when the light was shining through the comforter and wondered why i had felt super sick. the manager insisted this is clean…. it definitely doesn’t look clean to me😭😂 she only offered me a partial refund and was not very nice about the situation so i had to contact support & luckily got it handled…. but yeah, i probably would just stay elsewhere.
