Hilton Doha

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The pool staff were fantastic. Manish especially in the exec lounge was very attentive and made our time in there very comfortable. Reception was also very accommodating to our late check out request. Breakfast was full of choice, and although got a little busy later, we never had to wait for a table. We didn’t use any other facilities so cannot comment on these, but the hotel in general looked very clean and tidy in all departments. All in all a nice stay.

Despite a few issues — like needing to ask multiple times for an extra bed, and being charged separately for tea after a dinner that was supposed to be included — I still think this hotel is a very good choice. It’s clean, quiet, and comfortable, with friendly staff, a nice swimming pool, direct beach access, and delicious food. Special thanks to the staff who always smiled, kept the room clean, and made sure we had extra water. I’d actually rate it 4.5 stars, but since that’s not possible, I’m choosing 5 instead of 4 — because it deserves more than just “good.”

The staff of this hotel was amazing! Everyone is so kind and happy to help, that really makes you want to come back! Check in was great, I forgot his name, but he was one of the night shift managers. Breakfast was great, so much variety, even cold pressed fresh juice is available. The staff, again, great! Samir served us on our second day at the hotel, he was such a kind and respectful guy, really lovely and attentive. The boys at the pool were great too (lifeguards), really fun and kind. They also provide you with cool wet towels while at the pool. The rooms could be better though, furniture looks a bit old and worn out, even the mattress might need replacing soon. We were also shocked that the fridge was empty, no minibar options in the room, only through room service. This is rare for a five star hotel. Other than that, the service has been great 🙂
