We stayed in the presidential suite and I could not be happier. Great location; quiet neighborhood. This hotel really does a great job with customer service and my family and I were taken care of completely. We ordered room service several times, dined in the restaurant and each time the food and drinks were delicious and service was on point. The room was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bogota.
Great experience with the kitchen staff. Made me feel very welcome for my multiple 30+ day stays. Attentive and always with a smile. I'd stay here again for the kitchen staff alone!!! Wonderful.
Clean rooms, great location near many restaurants. Nice service at the front desk. Friendly service at the restaurant, but limited breakfast menu. Large rooms, large shower. Air-conditioning works great. Limited breakfast menu.
