Hilton Dubai Jumeirah

This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed! The service is on top. Before coming there we were a bit worried about how modern the rooms are as the hotel isn’t so modern. But everything was pretty much okay) I’d like to especially thank all workers (waiters, receptionists, others) for their kindness and desire to help. I’ve never met such hospitality before. We’d also like to thank a lot Dipti, the receptionist, for her help and letting us stay in our room for 3 hours more before the check out. It was so nice and convenient to us ❤️ We enjoyed the area with sunbeds and the open-air cinema, the view from there and our room was fantastic. Also the hotel’s position is nearby all places you need which was convenient for us too, particularly in that heat. The room cleaning was amazing! Unfortunately, I don’t remember the guy’s name who cleaned our room, but he left us a cute teddy bear and next time left rose petals. It was unexpectedly very pleasant. We’ll definitely come back again!

Great Stay for new year Eve. Wonderful beach and great breakfast. The Hilton lounge was very well equipped and service in general was excellent giving that it was a HIGH SEASON. The only issue I had was that the restaurant serves breakfast very late- I am early riser and used to stay in hotels were breakfast is served 6:30 or 7 at the max. Here was 8 am- a bit too late start for the day LOL. Service in breakfast stations could been improved. Nevertheless overall pleasant stay.

Service truly shines here – the team was consistently attentive, proactively addressing requests and ensuring spotless rooms with thoughtful touches. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety and the option for custom-made dishes. Our room was generously sized and comfortable. The pool area is a welcome retreat with ample shade and luxuriously large, clean towels. On-site dining and the bar were excellent, and the travel agents provided invaluable assistance with planning and booking local experiences seamlessly.
