Hilton Dubai The Walk

This is, without a doubt, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and I highly recommend it for families! My two girlfriends and I, along with their children, enjoyed a fantastic one-night staycation here. When we reached the hotel, our room wasn't ready yet, but the staff welcomed us to the executive lounge where we enjoyed some evening refreshments. The lounge offered a great variety of snacks, teas, and coffees as you can see in the photos. Our 3-bedroom apartment was massive, very spacious bedrooms, halls and kitchen. Kitchen had all the utensils required for the short stay, so we made food for dinner and kids. We were surprised to see washing machine in the store room, this helped to wash our swimsuits immediately after the pool session. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, the beds were comfy, and the air conditioning was perfect. We couldn't ask for a better apartment for the stay. The breakfast spread was equally impressive with different varieties of eggs, meat, cheeses, drinks and coffee., with amazing food quality. The staff was really sweet, surprised us with a farewell cake before we left. Overall, this hotel gets 10/10 from me. No hesitations – just book your stay here with your eyes closed!

Outstanding Service from Eloisa! From the moment we arrived, Eloisa at the front desk made us feel genuinely welcome. She was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Her kindness and positive attitude truly made a difference in our experience. If every hotel had someone like Eloisa at reception, travel would be a lot more enjoyable. Great stay at this hotel. Very clean and well maintained, we had a 3 bed apartment looking out at the marina, unbelievable view. Staff are very nice and go out their way to help with anything. If we get to come back to dubai we will be choosing this hotel 100%. You get to use the sister hotel across the road too so loads of restaurants to choose from. We kept going to the Hartisan where the food was nice and the staff was very nice and attentive. My daughter is very fussy with food and they even made her a meal that wasn't on the menu to accommodate her needs. One of the waitress's called Khin was exceptionally nice. Lovely person and goes out of her way to make sure you have what you need and your experience is a good one. We will be back 100%.
