Great location, only 15 minutes away from the airport. They also have a shuttle to take you too and from the airport, which is very convenient. Breakfast is delicious and served every day. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Food in the bar is very average. Comfortable and place to sit and have dinner. The fish and chips were underwhelming for a Hilton. Burgers were good. Expected better for the location and pricing. Car park is great to have. Staff were great. Breakfast was good and as expected.

I stayed one night at this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed. This property does not meet Hilton's expected standards in service, communication, or facilities. While they do offer a free airport shuttle, the pickup location is not clearly listed on their website or on Agoda. I contacted the hotel twice in the two weeks before my arrival and never received a response. That's unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one carrying the Hilton name. At check-in, they tried to sell me breakfast despite the fact that I had already paid for it in my booking. After showing proof, the issue was corrected. Check-in was relatively quick, and they allowed early check-in, which I appreciated. I was also told I had been upgraded to a family room — but the room was outdated, with scratched walls, a dirty hot tub, an empty conditioner bottle, and no toilet brush. The breakfast was equally disappointing. Nothing was labeled, which is a serious oversight — especially for guests with dietary restrictions. It's not acceptable to guess what kind of meat is being served. On top of that, I saw a table marked "Reserved" at 6:50 a.m., which is baffling in a buffet-style setting. A guest was denied the table unless he was expecting three more people — this kind of policy is absurd and poorly handled. This hotel either needs to seriously reevaluate its operations or remove the Hilton name. I will not be returning.
