The Hilton Durban offers a professional and comfortable stay, ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The check-in process was fast and efficient, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is commendable. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with good facilities throughout. We stayed at the hotel on two separate occasions. While the first stay was pleasant, during our second visit the air-conditioning in the room was not working. When we requested to speak to the manager regarding the issue, we were informed that he was not on site, which was disappointing. Overall, Hilton Durban delivers a clean and well-equipped environment with helpful staff, although there is room for improvement in responsiveness and issue resolution.

The Hilton Hotel Durban is a great choice, especially if you’re attending an event at the Durban Exhibition Centre — it’s right next door, which is super convenient. The hotel itself is big, very neat, and well-maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and consistently provide great service. Parking is also convenient, although it's important to note that you do have to pay for it. Just make sure to mention it when you check in. Overall, a solid and reliable stay in the heart of Durban.

Very convenient hotel. It is perfectly located if you’re attending something at the ICC, the exhibition centre or the cricket stadium. For everything else there are probably better locations. Everything is generally comfortable but for a 5-star hotel there are too many little things that need attention. Overall a decent experience however.
