Hilton Düsseldorf

I had a fantastic stay. After reading some of the (recent) reviews, you start getting concerned, however I had a great night here. There are lots of underground parking spaces available. The hotel is clean and the room I stayed in was wonderful. Very clean and well maintained. The staff at the reception as well as in the Executive Lounge are wonderful. I found the value for money to be very good and I’m definitely staying again.

I visited the hotel for work trip,got single room that was really convenient,clean and pleasant to stay. The cleaning staff did great job every day. The breakfast was excellent. The receptionists were nice and helpful,I was able to check in one hour before, and got a delayed check out before my evening flight.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Düsseldorf for a work trip and found it to be a well-appointed and comfortable hotel, offering a high standard of service and accommodation. The room was beautifully decorated, featuring a modern design, a fantastic view, and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a sleek, contemporary style, a great shower, high-quality toiletries, and a high standard of cleanliness. These elements contributed to a very pleasant and relaxing stay. One issue, however, was the room temperature control. The heating was set to 25°C upon arrival, and despite ensuring the window was fully closed and locked, the air conditioning did not appear to be functioning. After speaking with several colleagues, it became clear that this was a common issue in multiple rooms. That said, as it wasn’t the height of summer and outside temperatures were around 17°C, this wasn’t a major concern, and I was still very happy with the room overall. The hotel itself was very quiet, particularly on the 9th floor, allowing for an undisturbed and restful experience. The staff provided excellent service, being friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive throughout my stay. Their professionalism added to the overall positive experience. Breakfast at the hotel was another highlight. The food was of a high standard, and the dining area was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making for a pleasant and relaxed start to the day.
