Hilton Evian les Bains

Had a fantastic stay for our 2nd wedding anniversary. The whole team were super welcoming and we had a memorable stay. We were traveling with our 8month old daughter and the hotel is perfect for families. Service was excellent and hotel easy to get around with a baby. We really appreciated the hotel attention we got which was a fruit basket for our arrival that was very kind and we really appreciated it. We tried the spa with our daughter and it went super well. The indoor pool is warm and perfect. As for the details the bedding was very comfortable and water pressure perfect. It was a very relaxing and memorable stay! Thanks to the whole team we really appreciated our stay! Thanks to the breakfast team which were super nice as well! Breakfast was delicious and had a wide section of item to choose from. Breads were delicious as always in France.

We had a lovely stay at Hilton Evian. The staff are lovely and super friendly, breakfast excellent, pool area nice. I have only one thing in need of an upgrade, and that is the gym. It's really nice and tidy overall but the air conditioning could be better, also lacks weights for smaller customers. Please get little weights too, 2- 5 kg! Loved Hilton Evian, would come again.

Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was disappointing. During check-in, there was no assistance provided, and we were left to carry our 8 pieces of luggage ourselves in the rain. Additionally, the corridor was not clean, which didn't make a great first impression. We also encountered some issues with the hotel itself: - The phone system between rooms was not working. - The air conditioning was not cooling at all, which was a major inconvenience. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and we wouldn't recommend the apartment in its current state. Hopefully, this feedback can help improve the services and amenities provided.
