Hilton Frankfurt Airport

I stayed at Hilton Frankfurt Airport for a quick stopover, and it was exactly what I needed—comfortable, quiet, and super convenient. The hotel is connected to Terminal 1 and the train station, so I didn’t even have to step outside to get there. Perfect for early flights or layovers! The room was spacious, very clean, and completely soundproof. I was surprised by how quiet it was given the location. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub, which was a nice touch. I had dinner at Restaurant Rise, and the food was really good—though a bit pricey. The breakfast buffet had a great selection too. The hotel also has a gym and sauna, but I didn’t get a chance to use them this time. The only downside is that some of the room decor feels a little outdated, and extras like breakfast and room service are expensive. That said, the service was friendly and efficient, and the overall experience was great. If you need a comfortable and hassle-free stay near Frankfurt Airport, I’d definitely recommend this hotel. Would stay again!

Unexpected stay transiting from Romania to UK with flight issues, but fortunately my status with Hilton got me in late in the evening. As always excellent and expedited service at this property. Late room service was quick, food was hot. Usual Hilton amenities. Room was very clean, and much needed soundproofing was evident as not a noise from the autobahn nor airport was heard. Thanks Hilton for accommodating on the unexpected stay.

I booked a room clearly stating that it was for 3 people, yet upon arrival, the room was far too small to accommodate us comfortably. There was no extra bed provided initially, despite this being part of the reservation. When we asked about it, a staff member eventually came to deliver the extra bed — but not only was the bed a tight and impractical fit, the staff member was also shockingly rude when we pointed this out. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he was dismissive and borderline confrontational. This kind of unprofessional attitude combined with the poor room preparation made our stay quite uncomfortable. For a hotel that presents itself as guest-friendly, this experience was frankly unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made in both customer service and room suitability for bookings involving more than two people.
