Hilton Franklin Cool Springs

I stayed at this hotel in late April and, let me tell you, it was a PHENOMINAL experience!! I come to the Nashville area quite often but had never stayed at this hotel. I was in town on faculty for a writer's conference and this was the conference hotel. I was wary since I didn't get to choose where I stayed but this hotel was top notch in every way! The front desk staff...EXCELLENT! The rooms...WONDERFUL! The food in the restaurant...DELICIOUS!! I even needed a roll away bed for my son, who came with me, and it was so plush and comfortable, I was absolutely shocked at the quality. My only room for improvement would be for less volume on live music nights, it was a bit too loud for me. Also, I paid for breakfast but couldn't eat more than toast and water because they had gotten behind on the buffet and I had to leave to be on time for my class. I will not remove a star for this because I was running late and only had 5 minutes to eat so I couldn't wait for them to restock. I am sure they would have rectified this had they had the chance but I just paid and left. That was on me. Anyway, love it here. I may even teach that conference again just so I can come back!

The place was beautiful. Rooms had lots of space. Really clean. Jonathon at from desk treated us with a very warm welcome, kind of. Beds were comfortable. Only thing I can complain was we were there 2 days. Did not see any cleaning people to get fresh towels and we only got 2 towels, wash cloths and hand towels for Friday/Saturday/Sunday-check out. But I would definitely go back. I felt safe. Place was just amazing.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Franklin Cool Springs. The hotel offers a comfortable bed and clean, well-maintained rooms that made for a good first impression. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. However, the atmosphere during my stay was quite noisy. A consistent alarm noise throughout the night made it difficult to get any sleep, which was disappointing. While the property has potential, the noise issue significantly impacted the comfort of my stay. Hope the hotel can look into addressing this, as it would make a big difference for future guests.
