We had a wonderful staycation at DoubleTree by Hilton Fujairah and truly enjoyed the comfort and hospitality throughout our stay. The staff were mostly very friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. As it was our wedding anniversary, we celebrated with a lovely dinner at Street Culture—special thanks to Collin and Lynn, as well as Aye and Sara from Bistro 1550, for their kindness and care. A heartfelt thank you also to Mr. Ajay for his attentive service. Thank you, DoubleTree by Hilton Fujairah, for making our anniversary so memorable and beautiful. We look forward to visiting again soon. To anyone planning a stay, we highly recommend this place!

I really enjoyed the break fast in the bistro.its brilliant warm staff is amazing and friendly. ayana and Sara both ladies chefs very good by behaviour. Its feel like home.am enjoying my stay as though like home to the brim. Great variety of breakfast as well as lunch and dinner, am fussy in what I eat but I was very comfortable.

We gave the DoubleTree Fujairah a second chance after a disappointing first stay, but were let down again. On checkout day from our first room (before moving to the upgraded one), we received four calls from the front desk reminding us to check out, which felt excessive and unwelcoming. When my husband went to check in for the new room, Mr. Sherman at the front desk ignored him for 30 minutes, assisting other guests instead. He finally told us our luggage would be moved to the new room after maintenance and asked for 30 minutes. We agreed, left at 1 PM, and returned at 4:15 PM—only to find the room still not ready and our luggage still in the old room. It was only when Mr. Sherman saw us again that he personally moved the bags. Had we not returned at that moment, nothing would have been done. When confronted, he took no responsibility for the delay. On top of that, the hotel’s signature cookies were unavailable both at 1 PM and 4 PM, with staff saying they were “out of stock” and needed another hour. For a Hilton brand, this level of service is unacceptable—no accountability, poor time management, and a lack of basic hospitality. We truly wanted to give this hotel another chance, but both visits have been a disappointment. If this is Hilton’s standard in Fujairah, we’d rather stay elsewhere.
