Excellent hotel with good location. Close to a shopping mall. Con: the door between connected rooms is not sound proof and insulated. You can hear your neighbor sounds clearly. The room door might be similar .
The staff in all level of service are great. Especially the waiter Ram working during dinner service, his is exceptional and very attentive. The hotel location is great right in front of the Dhahran Mall, great for people who enjoy shopping. Only issue I have is, lack of breakfast selections, beside the usual eggs menu.
The location is good. We have a good view while enjoying our breakfast in our room. The saudi breakfast tastes good! The comfort of the room is superb as well, but the only issue we encountered is we press the button for housekeeping before we leave the room and when we went back at night the room was not cleaned and seems that no one saw that light of button/icon intended for cleaning. It was already our last night and it’s late so we just sleep on our same sheets and use same towels. That’s all.
