Hilton Garden Inn Albuquerque Airport

Danni at the front desk was great. Very nice. Loved her personality. Room was recently renovated. Was clean. No major issue. Only con was the bathroom door wouldn't stay open, but that's a minor fix. Hotel is near all things to do and 5 min from the airport

We had a nice one night stay before we caught an early flight. The staff was professional, kind and accommodating. The restaurant was super handy for a late afternoon arrival. The food was plentiful and good quality. We really appreciated the 24 hr airport shuttle too. The room was clean, the bathroom a nice size and had everything we needed. Downside was the very loud AC unit in the room which made it hard to sleep.

I chose the Hilton Garden Inn because of the location near the airport. This is what I liked: Comfy bed with lots of pillows Very friendly and helpful front desk worker Room darkening shades Spacious rooms What I did not like: Filthy bathroom, dirt just moved around and pushed in corners. There was a snot wad or booger stuck to the shower stall wall. Sparse decor, the rooms are spacious so a bit more artwork would make the room a bit more cozy. Paid parking is not complimentary for hotel guests and provided by a third party. The QR code provided to pay doesn't work consistently. If this property can improve their housekeeping, I would recommend it.
