Hilton Garden Inn Bangkok Riverside

Exceeded our expectations and had all that we could ask for. In addition to the fresh new interior, the service was enthusiastic and we even got a pleasant surprise upon arrival in our room, to commemorate a birthday! The manager also reached out via WhatsApp every evening to check in on our stay experience. Location-wise it's also really convenient, being connected to not just Iconsiam, the BTS station, but also the ICS Mall which has many dining options and a supermarket in Basement 1. This was crucial for us, as we were travelling with a 90-year-old elderly. If you find the buffet breakfast a little too pricey (THB400++) or can't wake up in time like me, I would recommend the 7-eleven right outside the main entrance, or the cafes & stalls in the ICS Mall's ground floor, linked to the hotel's lift lobby. Without hesitation, we would stay here again, and recommend it to others who require convenient, barrier-free access to Iconsiam. Thank you to the team at Hilton Garden Inn & keep up the good work!

I had such a wonderful stay at the Hilton garden Inn ! Everything was incredibly comfortable and the atmosphere was so warm and inviting. One of the highlights of my trip was definitely the bar experience downstairs! The bartenders, Ninnet and Jui, were absolutely amazing! They were so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely made me feel at home. They didn’t hesitate to make me any drink I asked for from the menu, and each one was perfect. Their great service truly added to the overall experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort and great hospitality!

We stayed at this hotel as a large family group of 14 people, including adults and children, and unfortunately, our experience was below expectations in several key areas: • Luggage Assistance: Despite arriving with a large group, there was no help offered to transport our luggage to the rooms or back upon checkout. I had to carry all the bags myself, which is unacceptable from a hotel under the Hilton brand. • Air Conditioning Issues: The room was hot and humid throughout our stay. I called the front desk, and a technician came to check the unit. He claimed the room would become cooler soon, but unfortunately, the issue was never resolved. • Room Service: There is no option to order food to the room — something I found very surprising and disappointing from a Hilton property. 💡 Positives: • Excellent cleanliness. • Great location near ICONSIAM shopping mall.
