Hilton Garden Inn Bristol City Centre

Great location in a quiet area within walking distance to the old city. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel. Take the #8 to the Clifton Suspension Bridge. Train station is a 10 minute walk. Rooms are a little small but modern, quiet and clean. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Hotel in Bristol and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. I checked in on Monday and stayed one night, checking out the following day. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and welcoming—but what really made my stay exceptional was the amazing service. After I had checked out, I found myself in need of a quick wash later that evening. I called the reception, and a lovely receptionist named Annie answered. She was incredibly kind and accommodating, arranging a room for me to freshen up even though I was no longer staying the night. That level of care and flexibility is rare and truly appreciated. During my stay, I had all my meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—at the hotel, and each one exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. A special mention goes to the helpful Asian lady working in the restaurant; she was so attentive and friendly, making each dining experience even better. Overall, I highly recommend Hilton Bristol. The staff are wonderful, the food is top-notch, and the customer service goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit to the city!

Can't praise this hotel highly enough. All staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The room was large, very clean, the bed was comfy and huge! Great shower with nice Crabtree & Evelyn products. Very nice breakfast with lots of choice. Very close to the station, and also right next to Temple Church, which is stunning.
