Hilton Garden Inn Carlsbad Beach

This was our second year in a row staying here. Me and the kids love North Pronto Beach (South Carlsbad) because of the natural beauty and waves for boogie boarding. Follow the locals down the secret paths or walk down the hill for easy access. The hotel is the only property on this stretch which makes it feel kinda special. The staff is great including front desk, waitresses and bartenders. We ate there every night because the food is delicious and they have great specials. We highly recommend it!

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Carlsbad Beach last week and had a truly wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location across from the beach was perfect — but what truly made our stay special was the staff. We want to especially thank Andrew and Shiva, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful — and they took our requests into consideration in a truly exceptional way. We felt genuinely cared for, and it meant a lot to us. This kind of personal, warm service is rare — and we’re so grateful for it. Highly recommended, and we’d love to return again in the future.

Check-in: smooth Room: nice but ocean view is also pool view. Sometimes noisy with kids. Pool: small and a bit oily. Jacuzzi: a lot of chemicals. Bar and restaurant: didn't experience. Location: beautiful, but you need to drive to anything. Staff: nice and pleasant. The stay was basically good.
