Hilton Garden Inn Denver Airport

I travel to Denver frequently for work and have stayed at many hotels in the area. Recently, I was given the opportunity to help arrange and coordinate business travel for my colleagues. As part of this, I met with several hotels near the Denver International Airport—and I’m so glad I connected with the sales team at the Hilton Garden Inn Denver Airport. I cannot speak highly enough of Shane and Zac. They have been exceptionally professional, friendly, and accommodating throughout the planning process. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and well-suited for business travelers. Their support in managing our group’s needs has been outstanding, and the entire staff has been welcoming and helpful. Based on this experience, I fully intend to continue booking future accommodations for our employees at this location.

The only negative thing I have to say about the hotel is that we were unable to use the airport shuttle because the time we were leaving was a very popular time to get to the airport. So we had to pay $50 for an Uber which was not great since we booked this hotel last minute to get to the airport quicker (we had been vacationing in the mountains- and ended up paying for our last night at the other hotel plus this one so the costs piled up). Otherwise, everything was great about this hotel.

Do not count on the shuttle pick up service. You have to “reserve” in advance to be dropped off and the fill but the worst is the pick up. Took over an hour and half of calling before I reached the hotel. I am a single female and had to wait from 11:30-1am by myself outside. Wish I would have ordered an uber. No one picks up the phone when you call for the shuttle bc they are understaffed. Rooms are ok.
