Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Deira

We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Al Muraqqabat and overall, it was a really good experience. The hotel is nice, cozy, and comfortable. We booked two large connecting rooms, and they were spacious, clean, and had a relaxing design. The beds were comfy, the toilet was modern and clean, and the windows were sealed well so we didn’t hear any noise from the nearby traffic, which was great. Housekeeping was kind and did a good job, but on our floor (the second floor), there was only one guy responsible for everything, and it seemed like way too much work for one person. The valet and security staff were very kind and welcoming, but the reception staff really need improvement. They were unprofessional, dry, and not polite at all. Some didn’t seem properly trained or even interested in helping, which gave a bad impression. In general, the hotel still has a lot of good things going for it. There’s a prayer room, a rooftop pool, gym, meeting areas, and the overall vibe of the place is comfortable. The location is perfect too, right in the heart of old Dubai, close to everything.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was super clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning – everything was fresh and tasty! A special thank you to Shalomi from the restaurant for being so pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended!

The rooms are clean and modern . The service is also appreciable. The location is fine! Within the close proximity of the Airport . Highly recommend if you have a transit. For taxis ,the "BOLT" seems fair ! Not overpriced as Uber / careem App.
