As a Hilton team member, I was treated with the utmost respect and care, making my stay feel like a home away from home. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional across all departments. The restaurant manager or supervisor, an Arabic gentleman, was exceptionally friendly and went out of his way to ensure my small vacation was perfect. The food was excellent, showcasing great quality and variety. Housekeeping was impeccable thorough, attentive, and always helpful. The F&B team also delivered top notch service, adding to the overall experience. I gladly give this hotel a full 5-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stay that combines comfort, quality, and genuine hospitality.

She was extremely kind-hearted, always smiling, and ensured our rooms were spotless and well-stocked, making us feel right at home. The food at the main restaurant was good, though I believe there’s still some room for improvement. The in-room dining menu could use more variety, especially with kid-friendly options. Despite those minor points, I would definitely recommend this property for a quick getaway or business trip. Its location is convenient, being close to the Mall of the Emirates and other key places.
