Hilton Garden Inn Frankfurt City Centre

Excellent service by the front desk staff. I arrived on a red-eye flight from the States, they gave me a complimentary early check-in and held my bag until my room was ready so I could walk around and have lunch. Everything was clean, 5 min walk to the river and 15 min total to Roma. Great restaurants nearby, I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel and comfortable bed. Great shower and it had a safe. 2 sets of elevators. 1 Free washer and dryer. Very good breakfast for $20 5/2025. The Chef made sure you were happy. Helpful staff and front Desk was Great. We traveled from US and this was the best hotel we used. Their English was very good. 💯 Will stay again on our next trip. Close to food, shopping and walking distance to some sights. The train station is a nice walk with carry on. Use the main streets. Safe

I really enjoyed the stay. The staff was very nice. The cooks were helpful pointing out the vegan options and even volunteered to cook something a la carte if i am not happy with the options in the buffet. The only drawback was, that i left my company address in the start for the invoice but it was not saved somehow. When i asked for an email of the invoice it was not send and later when i called again they said they did not have my email address. So: The reception was also friendlich but there is still some things to improve. Site note: i did not put the sign that my room should be cleaned (for the sake of the environment). Nevertheless it was cleaned. Not sure, what went wrong here, but it would be good if the employers also follow the signals aligned. Otherwise i would propose to inverse the signal: The guest can hang a sign to the door if they do NOT want their room to be cleaned. I think this way it would also be better for the guests who do not read the paper in the room and then are disappointed that the usual cleaning did not happen. Thanks for the great stay - I hope the feedback is taken to improve the experience even more. Another site note: the WLAN (Event the conference one with the password) was not really fast - this can be enhanced as well. I ended up using my hotspot most of the time.
