This is a good 4 star hotel with spacious rooms, maintaining the expected Hilton brand quality. It is not conveniently located near the metro station, requiring a long walk with steps. The reception staff were very friendly. Very crowded during the Canton Fair.

• Located in Tianhe District – fairly convenient spot • Estimated driving time to popular areas: • Tianhe City / Beijing Road: 10–20 minutes (depending on traffic) • Walking to Shahe Metro Station takes about 12–15 minutes ⚠️ Many online reviews say 8 minutes, but realistically for those who don’t exercise regularly (especially in hot weather), it feels much farther • There’s a large wholesale market near Shahe Metro Station – great for fashion shopping Room Experience • Rooms are spacious: ✅ Can easily open 3 large suitcases ✅ Clean and well-maintained • Comfortable and practical for travelers Service Quality • Service is mixed • 👍 One helpful staff member helped us order local wanton noodles since our overseas mobile number couldn’t register on food apps • 👍 The night shift female receptionist was also friendly • 👎 Some staff were less helpful and not very efficient Dining Experience • We booked a room with breakfast • Breakfast was average – typical variety, nothing special • Dinner at the hotel restaurant was confusing and slow: • Only 2 tables occupied that night • Yet, dishes came out very slowly – around 15 minutes between each dish • Rice was only served after the second dish – by the time all food arrived, my child had already finished the rice We couldn’t understand why service was so slow with so few customers Surroundings • Not much to explore around the hotel itself • Limited shops or malls nearby • Recommend taking a car to go to Beijing Road, Shangxiajiu Street, Tianhe City, etc.
