Hilton Garden Inn Izmir Bayrakli

We stayed one night at the Hilton Garden Inn Izmir Bayrakli, and it was an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming — from the front desk team to the supervisor, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean, just like a brand-new one. Breakfast was truly the best of the best — fresh, delicious, and with lots of variety. The valet service was very professional and efficient. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Izmir — we would definitely stay here again!

Im currently staying at Hilton Garden Inn Bayraklı and I'm extremely satisfied. The rooms are spotless and I have everything I need. The staff are always kind and smiling. When they found out I had an important exam, they even brought me snacks to support my study and wished me good luck. Their thoughtfulness and warm hospitality truly made me at feel at home. Highly recommended!!

This is a good place for conferences and business trips, but for tourism, I do not recommend it. The room is great and big enough for 2 people, we had a side view to a building. I was with a group of 30+ tourists, and honestly, I didn't think they were all well treated. The receptionists and waiters spoke English, which was easy for me but not for my entire group. The location is just bad... you simply can't cross the street to see the sunset, neither to walk in the pathway by the shore, as the hotel faces a highway. And it's kind of far from the city center, accessible by taxi (apparently they don't have Uber in the city) or by metro, which seems very complicated even if the station is behind the hotel and if you're there for only one day. My stay could be better.
