Hilton Garden Inn Krasnoyarsk

Hilton Garden Inn Krasnoyarsk is a very comfortable and very clean hotel with all needed facilities. Very unique is the bowling center & the World Class Fitness Center (both at extra charge) with direct access from the hotel. Also a Karaoke Lounge is there. The Garden Restaurant offers delicious and well presented dishes. One of my favourites were the “white salmon pelmeni” and the “Siberian Salad”. They are mouth-watering! The staff speaks good English and are very friendly and helpful. Don’t miss the breakfast. A very big selection of items, including the famous freshly baked waffles. At the bar all kinds of specialty coffees are offered and prepare with the “Julius Mendl” Coffee. Try it with the cheese cake! I promise, I will not wait another 8 years to come back like this time. The Hotel as well as the City deserves to be there more often.

Good and very comfortable rooms, you can find there Tv, refrigerator, good bed etc. Very lovely staff, tasty kitchen, very clean and good hotel. But the only thing that doesn't like me that is the place where is located the hotel. it is in business center, and when you go out to take a walk you have to 10-20 minutes walk near the buildings that have same look. i was there by business reason and don't have much time to enjoy the city, but I can conclude based on what I saw, the city had not his "face". I understand that this does not related to the hotel but I couldn't don't mentioned this

Dear Hilton's Receptionists. I stayed for a week in your hotel in October 2018 for the business reason. Thank you for the warm reception, especially for the paperwork for my trip sheets and access to the new free gym. As a good guest, I wish you all the best and patience for my following feedback. Allow me to notice a couple of annoying things, I found. First and mostly fixable, the lack of WIFI speed. I couldn't learn my regular English classes via Skype because of it. Second, the breakfast might have been more healthy and had more salads. Third, the window view made me feel like the saddest man in all the world because of that grey area of Krasnoyarsk your hotel placed at. I hope you will look at these facts, and work on the first and the second ones. I could be totally tolerant of the third one if you would offer a lower price. Yours truly, Sergey.
