Hilton Garden Inn Kuwait

All of the staff at this property were warm and welcoming. This property was adjacent to The Avenues Mall which made access extremely easy. The breakfast buffet was incredible. Ravi, Soman as well as all of the restaurant staff anticipated and accommodated the guests with their preferences. The rooms were very clean and inviting. One did not flood the floor from the shower which was very important for me. Whenever I return to Kuwait, this will be the only hotel I will book.

My experience at Hilton was truly outstanding, and a big reason for that was Ravi. From the moment I arrived, Ravi went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and comfortable. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail were unmatched. He greeted me with a warm smile every day, remembered the little things, and made everything feel personal. Honestly, he made the entire stay feel like home. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely dedicated to excellent service. Ravi is a gem Hilton is lucky to have him! The breakfast was also a highlight delicious, fresh, and full of variety. I looked forward to it every morning. Highly recommend staying here. Ask for Ravi you’ll be in great hands.
