I had a fantastic stay here at the Hilton Garden Inn! The team was incredibly helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was impeccable. Really made my experience enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel!
The location is not too bad. It is right next to Massy station however the metro line sometimes shut down without prior notice. The room itself is great, good size, new and modern. The breakfast is not so attractive but good for essential need. Coffee is good. The only flaw is on the check out day the cleaner broke into our room before the check out time which freaked us out.
The rooms are nice and what would be expected from a Hilton property. The staff is phenomenal! Quick and easy check in, quick and pleasant response to all of our requests! We are not needy travelers, but the few minor requests were handled quickly and with a genuine smile!
