I had a fantastic experience at the Hilton. The staff were incredibly friendly, always checking in to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Their attentiveness made me feel truly welcomed and well cared for. The hotel itself is spotless everything was very well maintained and exceptionally clean. From the lobby to the rooms, you can see the attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great service.
Came here for one night with my friends. The food was amazing. The front desk ladies were so lovely especially Mpumi. She is so welcoming and receptive. She's the best person to work at the front desk. Overall the whole staff is lovely. Really loved my stay.
This hotel feels like no one care about it. Only taking your money without giving you value for it. The worst thing about it is the restaurant. It doesn't mean the rest is in any way acceptable for the price. But the restaurant most of all there is no other word about it than disgusting
