I’ve been coming to this hotel every month since November 2023, and it truly feels like a second home. Over time, I’ve been able to see the hotel through different seasons — and the one thing that’s never changed is the staff. Their friendliness, kindness, and positive energy always make my stay better. The service is consistently high, the hotel has everything you need, and it’s kept to great standards. It’s also in a great location — close to the metro and not too far from the center, which makes it super convenient, especially for business stays. A big thank you to the entire team for always making me feel welcome!
It wasn’t in the city center, which didn’t bother us, cause the metro is like 2 minutes by walk. The personnel at the reception was really really kind and helpful. Our room was also very clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast could’ve offered more regional products but there was more than enough to choose from!
We had a great experience. The service was excellent – the staff was friendly, professional, and always available to assist. They kept in touch and were very responsive throughout our stay. The standard room was nice, clean, and well-equipped, but a bit tight for two people. However, we were upgraded to a premium room for the last three days, which was much more spacious and comfortable. The staff handled the room transfer smoothly and even moved items I had forgotten in the previous room, which I truly appreciated. The location is fantastic – the metro station is just two minutes’ walk away, making it easy to get around the city. It’s well-connected to Milan’s center and other areas, with great public transport options. Additionally, it’s a short ride to many popular attractions in Milan. Right by the metro entrance, there’s also a lovely bakery called MR. Moussa – perfect for a quick coffee and fresh pastry on your way out. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!
