I had a good experience in this Hilton. After reading the reviews, I specifically asked for a rear-view room. I had no issues with noise, and slept very well. The room was cleaned daily. There is a small tuck shop in the lobby, with snacks and laundry detergent. I appreciated the gym, which was pretty well equipped for a hotel gym, complete with a cable machine, treadmills, benches and dumbbells, TRX, bikes, cross trainer, and mats and foam rollers. The gym is open 24h and was super clean.
Horrible stay. 1. The hotel is near a very busy highway. Rooms are poorly sound insulated. Cannot sleep at all. Specifically asked for rooms facing the other way, got assigned low level highway facing anyway. 2. If you drive. Parking lot is nice with electric charging stations. But the highway traffic to downtown is stressful. Many confusion cross roads and merges. 3. Otherwise mediocre business oriented hotel. Even minimalist? Not a lot of amenities. Hate the single layer duvet cover. Very overpriced for family travelers. I only chose here because they have indoor parking lot which seems safe. Do not stay here if you need to pay out of your own pocket.
Worst HILTON hotel experience! Our room was not properly cleaned after the first night — and on the second day, housekeeping never came at all. When we raised the issue, the manager repeatedly accused us of placing a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, which we absolutely did NOT. Instead of coming up to inspect the situation herself, she told us to go down to the front desk — completely unhelpful and dismissive. Truly terrible hospitality. For a so-called 4-star hotel, it also lacks even the most basic amenities: no disposable slippers, and bathroom essentials were missing. These are small, inexpensive items that go a long way in making guests feel welcome — clearly not a priority here.
