The location of this hotel is perfect for tourists. It’s easy to get to many attractions as well as transportation. When we arrived, we were welcomed by Michael. There was cold water at the desk each day and hot coffee in the morning. The rooms are small but very clean. The shower was hot and had high pressure. Samson helped us with our luggage and transportation. He was so patient and kind. I would definitely return to this hotel.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — right in the heart of Manhattan. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Times Square and only 2 minutes to Fifth Avenue, making it very convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. There is a private parking lot next to the hotel with a daily fee of around $60, which is helpful if you’re driving. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. They made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was excellent, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean and in great condition. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Room 1503 was tiny, poorly laid out, and had a massive bathroom that took up space better used for luggage or movement (1502 looks a lot better). Worst of all, the A/C was inches from the bed—loud and freezing. Not ideal for anyone, especially if you’re more than two people. That said, we appreciated the cold water available throughout the day and the complimentary coffee/tea in the mornings. Housekeeping staff were great. The beds are comfortable. It’s easy to walk to lots of popular restaurants/ shops, about 10 minutes walk to Times Square subway. during the Times Square incident on July 28, one young man at reception was kind and made sure we felt safe. Unfortunately, had a bad experience at checkout - I declined their taxi service after reading bad reviews, and one receptionist treated me rudely while another ignored me when I asked about luggage storage. Only one Asian staff member after I requested a few times helped us get a yellow cab. It feels like they pressure international guests into using their taxi service. Not the Hilton standard. Wouldn’t return.
