I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Paris Orly Airport for one night before an early flight, and it was a great experience overall. The room was clean, modern, and cozy, much better than I expected for an airport hotel. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower had great water pressure. Breakfast was delicious, with everything I wanted in the morning. The only downside was a staff member at breakfast who told us our room wasn’t on the list and insisted we had to pay — in a rather aggressive and unprofessional tone. It turned out to be a system error, but the way it was handled could have been much more polite. Other than that, I really appreciated the free shuttle to the airport, and I’d happily stay here again. It’s a convenient and comfortable option for travelers flying out of Orly.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Orly! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which made my travel experience so much easier. This is a relatively new hotel with clean rooms, but the service falls far below expectations. During check-in, I didn’t feel welcomed at all. The staff only provided information when I explicitly asked — nothing was offered proactively. Breakfast was mediocre at best, especially compared to other Hilton Garden Inn locations. What truly disappointed me, however, was the airport shuttle. I was scheduled to catch the 7:58 AM shuttle, but it never showed up. A group of us waited at the stop for nearly half an hour before everyone gave up and ordered Ubers. When I contacted the hotel to request reimbursement — since the shuttle simply didn’t come — they completely dodged responsibility. No one followed up with me, and they brushed it off with the excuse that the shuttle is run by a third party and therefore “not their responsibility.” That makes zero sense from a guest’s perspective, especially since the shuttle is one of the main reasons people choose this hotel. Unfortunately, the staff seem more interested in avoiding accountability than actually helping guests when something goes wrong. This does not feel like a hotel that lives up to the promise of hospitality. Future guests should be warned: the airport shuttle may be completely unreliable, and you shouldn’t expect the hotel to assist you if problems arise during your stay.
