A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Staff! I’ve stayed at the Premier Inn Peterborough City Centre for a whole week with a group of students for the second summer in a row, and it has been a fantastic experience every time. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. A special shout-out to Lina at reception—she’s simply the best! Always ready to assist with any questions, friendly, and genuinely caring. The breakfast at the restaurant is excellent, thanks to the wonderful team—Lorraine, Kate, and Chef John. They make mornings delightful with their hospitality and delicious food. The rooms have everything you need, and I love the cozy pink evening lighting above the bed—it adds such a warm, homely touch. I also appreciate the eco-friendly approach (like cleaning upon request), which respects guests' privacy while being mindful of the environment. Thank you for your love and care—it truly makes our stay special. We’ll definitely be back next year! Highly recommended!

Good location. Was persuaded to dine in by Lina as I checked in. Checked out menu and was impressed with choice and prices.. had a great Steak n Ale with skin on chips and a choc mousse and Rasp cake for pud. As breakie was included in my booking was able get 2 courses and a drink for just £16. Very impressed. Was expecting usual budget hotel but this place was so much more.

I had a fantastic stay at the Premier Inn in Peterborough City Centre. The location is perfect – close to everything I needed and easy to get to. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, exactly what I’ve come to expect from Premier Inn. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Lina, Peter, Laura and Dalyal were absolutely brilliant throughout my stay. Friendly, professional, and always happy to help – they really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.
