Hilton Garden Inn Phuket Thailand

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Phuket Bang Tao. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with modern, clean rooms and thoughtful touches throughout. The rooftop pools are a true highlight—perfect for a peaceful dip and sunset views. The breakfast was consistently fresh and flavorful, offering a nice mix of Thai and international options. Location-wise, it’s quietly tucked away yet still close to Bang Tao Beach and local shops. The free shuttle service made exploring super easy. Staff were welcoming and efficient, always ready to help with a smile. Perfect spot for a chill holiday, business trip, or anything in between. Highly recommend!

5 Stars for the staff, room service, house keeping. Rooms were clean, compact yet well designed. Special thanks to Ms. Tar at the reception helped us in renting the scooter (they have a tie up with nearest rental service). The hotel is nicely located in a peaceful yet accessible area of Bang Tao. They have a convenient shuttle service to Boat Avenue/Porto De Phuket malls, which everyone used quite a lot (driver is also helpful and considerate to the guests). As a Hilton Gold member we were given an upgrade, wherein balcony is considerably big. Breakfast spread is good, and we had ample of Thai, Europeans and American options in the buffet, however only a couple of Indian dishes. For the price, this hotel offers great value in terms of locality and comfort. Please note this is not a full service hotel, so there is no bell boy.

I have never received such superior and professional hospitality at a Hilton property than I have at the Hilton Garden Inn Phuket Bang Tao. I was welcomed with a cold beverage at the front desk during check in, a special request was honored, and after making it to my room I had a WhatsApp message from the management checking that everything was to my standards. The pool area was kept immaculate and the staff at the pool bar and breakfast area alike were constantly checking if I had any needs. During breakfast, I received a special small plate from the chef as a token of my loyalty as a Hilton Honors Diamond member. The level of hospitality and friendliness of the entire staff were bar none! This property and the lovely staff far exceeded my expectations and I will recommend anyone stay at this property.
