Hilton Garden Inn Praia Brava

The wifi is uniquely bad. You have to type in a form in your computer and phone to access the internet for 1 hour and then you automatically get disconnected. It really makes work meetings bad. It just feels like a terrible uncomfortable experience that is worse than any nearby hotel where you don’t get harassed with the wifi getting cutoff 20x per day

I checked in room lights were not working, got another room went to toilet the door handle was broken. 1)Ac too noisy 2)No blanket in room 3)No toilet paper in toilet 4) Blackout curtian is smaller so it's 80% blackout can't sleep till late. Really can't understand how they got 3 stars

The front desk personnel was rude during check-in. I requested a room upgrade, and they denied it. I mentioned that I was a Diamond member, and they said no rooms were available. My coworker, a Gold member, received a room upgrade a few seconds after my room upgrade was declined. The bathroom was dirty; the shower had many black spots from mole. Prior guests left a flossing string by the shampoo area. Regardless of my cleaning requests, the bathroom remained dirty and with the flossing at the same place. Lastly, employees were rude again at check-out and pretended not to understand English. I did not receive a detailed bill, and I'm still trying to get the proper documentation for my expense report.
