The staff were excellent. They were so friendly and helpful. We needed our cruise tickets printed so they said just email them so they could print them out. The rooms are well kept and the location is fairly close to everything. Thanks for all the help ladies!
The team here has been absolutely amazing! From providing recommendations on food to playing travel guide on how to get around Rome. To top it all off the hotel facilities and rooms are wonderful. Highly recommend!
At first I thought we were a bit far from the city center, but a quick taxi, or a not so quick city bus ride, and we were there. Special shout out to the super pleasant and helpful staff. Anna, Guilia M and Megan were all helpful and courteous. The room stewardess was sweet as well. Julius was the bartender and server extraordinaire! Grocery shopping and cafes close by with several options. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
