Hilton Garden Inn Rzeszow

I have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Rzeszów numerous times and can confidently say it was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences I’ve had in Poland and the US. From the start, the reception team was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth, and they went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed, offering assistance with local tips and hotel amenities. Their kindness felt completely genuine—not just scripted hospitality. The highlight of my stay, however, was the restaurant and its exceptional staff. Every breakfast and dinner was not only delicious but served with care and attention. The team clearly takes pride in their work, providing service that’s efficient yet warm. It was especially refreshing to see the hotel’s owner regularly dining there with friends and family. It gave the space a welcoming, community feel—and it was clear that both staff and guests were treated with the same respect and courtesy, regardless of who they were. Housekeeping was also outstanding. The cleaning ladies were friendly, discreet, and thorough—my room was spotless every day. Even in brief hallway encounters, they always offered a smile and a kind word, which added to the overall warmth of the experience. The Hilton Garden Inn Rzeszów strikes a perfect balance between professionalism and a personal touch. It’s rare to find a hotel where every department—from management to housekeeping—consistently goes above and beyond. I’ll absolutely be returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure.

We had a christening party at the Hilton and everything was perfect. The setup was beautiful with great attention to detail, the service was attentive and friendly, and the food was excellent. The decor felt premium throughout, and the classy cigar room was a great touch. Highly recommended.

The rooms are great! Comfy beds and spacious rooms! Air conditioning works perfectly, wc is well organised and everything clean to perfection. Plenty of electrical plugs and well distributed on the room unlike many other hotels. Reception was just ok, not the nicest I've ever seen. Breakfast was small but nice. Not too many choices but the ones available are solid and nice quality. Water provided on arrival and nice touch on both still&sparkling i was indeed thirsty. There is a mall just besides with all sorts of stores available. Close to city center and on a good road intersection too.. meaning well located. There was not a sound.. very quiet and everyone respectful of others! Good window insulation! Girls at breakfast were lovely and helpful.
