The front desk, hotel manager and staffs has been extremely helpful. Although on several occasions there were some complications with the availability of the rooms and quality of massage, but they were proactive in resolving our concerns and we were properly compensated (e.g. upgraded to a suite, free breakfast, etc). That being said, would not recommend the SPA and wellness center on the 2nd floor (which is a separate entity with the Hilton hotel), the quality was poor and they overcharge us by claiming the initially agreed upon prices in the menu were “old” and the new prices has been inflated. The staffs in the wellness center was also very rude and not friendly.
Terrible hotel, not worth the lower price This hotel is located far outside the city, which is already inconvenient. But the main issue is the front desk staff, they are rude, unhelpful, and seem completely indifferent to the guests. They speak with noticeable reluctance, and it's nearly impossible to reach them by phone from your room. At night, they’re apparently asleep. It feels like they simply don’t care. The only advantage is the relatively low price compared to other 4-star hotels in the city but honestly, it's not worth it. Poor service and lack of professionalism completely ruin the experience. I do not recommend staying here.
Very poor service and horrible hospitality. We have booked a twin bed room in advance and yet upon arrival, the front desk had already allocated all the available twin bed room to others and told us that no more twin bed room is available. We had no choice but to stay in a King bedroom. We waited for more than 2 hours to just get checked in because the front desk was so understaffed. While we were here, we booked a classic massage session at their “well-advertised” medical centre. Not only were the masseur being extremely unprofessional (using mobile phone during the session for more than 5 minutes and poor technique), the centre charged us with another more expensive programme despite the fact that we have already clarified with the staff 3 times that we were having the classic massage program, instead of the general massage program that is more expensive. At first, the medical centre staff explained that we were being shown the old price of the classic massage and the new price should be higher. (Which here is still very absurd and it should have been their responsibility to update the price table). Whilst we were arguing about this, they changed their narrative and claimed that General massage program was being offered. The staff was very aggressive and being contradictory as to why this miscommunication in pricing has occurred. Although the hotel manager on duty did offer us a complimentary breakfast as a compensation, we were still being overcharged, no refund (full or partial) had been offered, and this is just DISHONEST business practice, not to mention the poor massage experience we have had and an extremely hostile and rude attitude we received from their staff. Lastly, when we were out for a whole day, no housekeeping was provided for our room. Amenities and water were not refilled, trash can was not emptied, and the room has never been cleaned and attended AT ALL. We had to stay up later than usual just to ask the front desk to bring us items that were needed and STILL no one came to clean our room. Overall, I felt mistreated, deceived and find it hard to believe that Hilton service has fallen to this level. Despite all these, the overall environment of the hotel is clean, and the food is up to standards.
