Hilton Garden Inn Sanliurfa

We spent two weeks in this wonderful hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough. The enthusiasm and care shown by the staff were incredible. The rooms were spotless, the food was amazing, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. Hasan, Abdullah Aslan, Ilyaes, and Ismail, Thank you for the wonderful time. Your hospitality, care, and fun are something that will stay with me for a long time. My gratitude is immense; you went above and beyond to make our stay special and didn’t hesitate to use Google Translate to assist us whenever we needed it. Thank you!"

We had a very short stay here, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The only plus point is that the hotel has a good location, but overall service was not satisfactory. Room was just OK, bathroom slippers were of extremely low quality; the bathroom was renovated in some places, but some parts were very old, like the toilet. Air conditioning was another issue: the AC was off and had to be fixed manually, but still it stopped working suddenly. There were no bell boys here either because on our arrival and departure, we had to take our luggage ourselves. Communication was another issue for foreigners because local people don't speak English or any other language. Finding/ordering food was a major hassle here. which is the only plus point. Overall, customer service was generally quite poor in this hotel and nearby areas. We were there only for a short trip only and that too specifically to visit the religious spots and would not visit or recommend it to anyone.

Staff is awesome, service is good. Cleanliness a question. Keeping property accessible to be improved( lot of cars parked at main entrance, but no attentiveness from the property manager)
