We stayed here one night before our cruise. They were very accommodating when we arrived, as we arrived early in the morning. They held our luggage and said they would let us know when our room was ready. We headed to Pike’s Market. It was about an 18 minute walk, then another 15 minutes to the ferry terminal. Whole Foods was about an 8 minute walk. Our room was average but nice. Very clean. Well stocked with toiletries and towels. It had a microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig. We were very tired after a long day when we came back to our room. Grabbing keys from the front desk was quick and easy as we had checked in earlier. The lights in our room had some issues. One of the lights kept randomly turning off and on. The bathroom light switch was not working, so we left the light on. And one of the bathroom lights also kept randomly turning off and on. We were exhausted and in our pajamas so we did not let them know until the morning. We were checking out and they did apologize for this. They had free coffee in the morning and even had oat creamer! They hotel was busy but quiet with noise, which was very nice. The price was high, but it was a Saturday night. If I were to pay that much again, I would definitely stay closer to the water. Overall, it was an average stay at an average hotel.

After disembarking our cruise we arrived very early with a sick child. The front desk staff was kind enough to get us in our room much earlier than expected. My only reason for 4 stars is the rooms need updating. Our AC unit sounded like it was on its last leg. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming! The restaurant is very convenient although the food takes awhile for cook to order in the mornings. There is a buffet available. The service was great! We enjoyed the indoor pool/hot tub one evening. Didn't use the gym or laundry but they are available. The hotel is in close proximity to the market and other attractions. I recommend if you are staying downtown!

We chose this place for the pool and the location. Stayed 1 night. Staff were helpful and friendly. Everything was pretty nice for the most part. Parking is super over priced at $68. The garage across the street has 24 hour parking and was only $44. Breakfast is super over priced. $27 for buffet? Yeah no. We went to the Market House deli around the corner and got 2 massive breakfast burritos for $30. The vertical grab bar in our shower came out of the wall in room 510 when I pulled on it. Overall okay experience, would probably stay somewhere different next time. We paid $290 for their cheapest room.
