Hilton Garden Inn Singapore Serangoon

Very nice experience. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The bedsheets, pillows and the toilet was clean. The atmosphere is nice and the view was great. It is slightly further in. The parking was fine there were quite a number of lots. It is close to 7 11 so if you want to get snacks you can just head down. The gym here is also clean and the equipment they use is of high quality! Definitely would stay here again!

First impressions...pretty standard HGI ..less frills but nice, clean and comfy. AC settings are fixed....since it is from the central unit. BF was nice ..with local flavors mixed in with the standard international fare. Nice pool though a tad small. Fitness room was spacious and adequate. Proper business center with 2 computers and a printer= 2 thumbs up.

I had a very poor experience at this property. Service is practically non-existent. Here are a few key points: Food Options: Extremely limited, especially for vegetarians. If you're vegetarian, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Even if you decide to stay, skip the breakfast—it’s not worth it. Self-Service Everything: Don’t expect any help with luggage. Need cutlery or anything else? You’ll have to go down to the front desk yourself. Sometimes, they’ll even send you up to the 8th floor restaurant to collect it. Privacy Issues: Housekeeping enters the room without proper notice. Unless your door is locked from the inside, expect them to just walk in. If you don’t respond in 2 seconds, they’ll knock and call persistently, disturbing your peace. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here—especially if you value good service, food options, and basic privacy.
