Hilton Garden Inn Tbilisi Chavchavadze

I had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Garden Inn, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The property is very modern, with a beautifully designed interior – every detail is well thought out, both technically and aesthetically. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with an exceptionally cozy bed. Everything feels high-standard and guest-focused. And the view from the room – simply breathtaking. Another big plus is the super friendly and helpful staff – warm, attentive, and professional. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and nicely presented. This hotel combines everything you could ask for: comfort, style, modernity, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing yet stylish stay.

I had a great experience of staying in this hotel. This is at a beautiful place with a beautiful walk garden. Walking distance. The breakfast was great. The staff is very cooperative, NINA I LOVE THEIR CAPPUCCINO. THEY MAKE IT SO GOOD, AND THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS SMILING ALL OF THEM. I LOVE THIS PLACE.

Great neighborhood - quiet and far from the mainstream tourist crowds, yet only 25–30 minutes by taxi to most attractions. However, the hotel itself is underwhelming: • Not high-tech. Slow internet. • No concierge service at night. • TV channels are awful — nonstop violence, nothing relaxing or family-friendly. • Crowded with large Asian tour groups. • Absolutely nothing for kids. • Fitness room is minimal - only walking and cycling machines. • Poor bathroom design - when sitting on the toilet, your leg rests on the toilet paper handle. The only real positives: it’s new, clean, has a laundry room, and includes several meeting rooms. The staff is kind and helpful - a redeeming quality. Overall: mixed, good comfort with disappointing experiences here and there and not worth the price.
